Mr. O'Neill has served as arbitrator on approximately 150 cases under institutional auspices and also in ad hoc proceedings. His experience includes arbitrations conducted under the rules of the AAA (commercial and international), as well as the ICC, CPR, and UNCITRAL. The cases have typically ranged from seven to ten figures (in US dollars). They generally have involved contract or business tort based claims. The cases arise in diverse industries and geographic regions. Mr. O'Neill's industry specific experience includes:
