From 1987 to 2014 Mr. O’Neill was a partner at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP (now known as Locke Lord), and before that at Hale and Dorr (now known as Wilmer Hale), where he practiced as a partner and associate in the litigation department from 1977 to 1987.  He served for many years as advocate and trial counsel in domestic and foreign forums in connection with his dispute resolution practice. Mr. O’Neill also served as outside general counsel for years to domestic and foreign clients.  His international practice spanned as many as 45-50 countries in a single year, and included extensive Middle Eastern experience involving general corporate work, joint ventures and venture fund related investment.
